Olde Fayetteville Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is conveniently located on the 3rd Floor of the R.C. Williams Business Center (the PWC Building) on Hay Street in downtown Fayetteville. For current and potential clients, we offer personal service year round. Our staff of fourteen (14) licensed agents includes a full-time administrative/customer service team. We are able to access the policyholder service, claims, and underwriting departments of the companies we represent through toll-free numbers, fax and online services.The entire staff of Olde Fayetteville Insurance will be working for you.

Our staff members are:

	Dennis Walters is the President of Olde Fayetteville Insurance (OFI). Dennis graduated with his BS Degree from Campbell University. He brings extensive managerial experience to OFI and is instrumental in managing and "orchestrating" enrollments of our various group accounts, as well as designing insurance programs for individuals and families. Mr. Walters is also very active in church, civic, and community activities. He is a member of the local Life Underwriters Association; and a member of the Cumberland County Education Foundation. 	John W. (Bill) Hurley, CLU is founder and past president of OFI. Bill has been in the insurance business in Fayetteville for over 50 years. Under his leadership, OFI was and continues to be an agency committed to providing quality benefits at affordable prices, while keeping customer service as a top priority. He has extensive community ties to Fayetteville serving as the past Mayor of the City of Fayetteville and serving for 12 years as a member of the North Carolina House of Representatives.
	Belivia Autry joined OFI in 2006 and brings with her over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. She received her licensure from Fayetteville Technical Community College in Property & Casualty, Life, Health, Medicare Supplement and Long Term Care. Currently, she is the secretary of the Sandhills Association of Health Underwriters and a member of the National Association of Underwriters. In 2007, Belivia received NAHU's Consumer Directed Health Care Certification and plans to continue her education in health care and employee benefits. She has been a key asset in structuring the Property & Casualty branch of the company as well as consulting and writing group health, employee benefits and individual health products. She was born and raised in Stedman, North Carolina.
	David Dalton has worked for OFI since 2003. His major focus is on working with Cumberland County School employees on plans such as 403-B tax shelter-annuities, life and disability insurance. David is a Cumberland County native. He attended Hope Mills High School and the University of North Carolina. David is married to the former Barbara Ashe, and has two children Sara and Emily, and two stepchildren Kyle and Ashelynn. He is a former member and two-time chairman of the Cumberland County Board of Education. Currently, David is the head coach for the Girl’s Basketball Team at Gray’s Creek Middle School.
	Junior Edge attended Massey Hill High School, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He specializes in cancer and life insurance, and his primary focus for the office is servicing the cancer plans at Cape Fear Valley Health Care System. After college, Junior played professional football in Canada for 2 years followed by playing 5 years of semi-pro football for Norfolk Nepturnes. Before joining OFI in 2003, he was manager of LaFayette Lanes for 35 years. Junior is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church and the Fayetteville Kiwanis Club. He was born and raised in Fayetteville, and later married Sandra Iuliucci.
	Rob Jernigan received his BS degree in Business Management from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and went onto finish a MBA from Campbell University in 1997. Rob brings understanding of financial planning, customer service and management skills to his career here at OFI. As the newest addition to the OFI staff, Rob will use these skills in his efforts to help clients with life insurance. He made his home in the Gray’s Creek area after marrying Melissa. Rob worked as a district executive for the Boy Scouts of America before starting his own business that he managed for over 9 years. Rob helps with State Employee enrollments.
	Scott McInvaille graduated with a BS degree from Wofford College in Economics and Business Administration. His background before joining OFI had always been in sales. For the past 22 years he was involved in the sale of medical equipment and supplies. His primary focus is annuities and life insurance. He grew up in Hartsville, South Carolina and in 1976 made his permanent home in Fayetteville.
	Carrie Elkins Minshew graduated with a BS Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She was formerly employed with the Admission’s Office at UNCP prior to joining OFI in December 2006. Carrie is licensed in life and health insurance, and her daily tasks include customer service, data entry, and marketing. She made her home in Hope Mills, NC after marrying her husband Tadd in 2004.
	Donald (Don) H. Orr completed his graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a degree in Education Administration from East Carolina University. He specializes in annuities, health and life insurance for the past 13 years. Don served the community as an educator with Fort Bragg Schools for over 30 years, and worked as the Benefits Coordinator for 10 years with Cumberland County Schools. He made Fayetteville, NC his home over 58 years ago with his bride Polly.
	Heidi Parker brings over 13 years of accounting experience from a major corporation. As office manager, Heidi is extremely knowledgeable in her many roles including applications and claims processor, customer service, and other insurance needs. Heidi is a licensed agent in life and health insurance. She has been a resident of Fayetteville for over 30 years.
	Melissa Riddle joined OFI in August of 1999 while also working as a legislative assistant to Representative Bill Hurley. Currently, Melissa is the administrative assistant to the President, and her duties include the office event planner, organizer, and a person of all work. Although she is not originally from North Carolina, she has been a Fayetteville native since attending Methodist College.
	Kenneth Robinson graduated from Wake Forest University. Ken helps with group enrollment for Cumberland County Schools. He also works with individual who have life insurance needs. Ken is the contact person for the Cumberland County School retirees. He is married to Judy Butler Robinson. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. Ken retired after twenty-five years in the mortgage business. He moved to Fayetteville in 1968 from Winston-Salem.
	Ty Ross graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in History and BS in Psychology. Ty is helping build a new branch of the business with property and causality coverage. His major responsibilities are to continuously grow the property and causality branch while utilizing his specialties in sales, customer service, and management. Ty met his lovely wife Paige while attending college. He enjoys spending his spare time with his daughter Georgia, playing golf, and being involved with a service fraternity, Knights of Pythias. Prior to joining the OFI team, Ty managed a large equipment rental business for over 4 years.
	Will Walters has an A.A.S. in Business from Fayetteville Technical Community College. Will had previous skills in sales and customer service that he has continued to use over the past 6 years with OFI. In 2007, Will held the record for selling the most state life insurance policies that were kept in force. He was born and raised in Gray’s Creek. Outside of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and son William, raising cattle, and playing golf.
	Ralph Godbold received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. After college, Ralph went into the banking and finance industry. He brings over 16 years of experience in this field, along with 9 years in the construction business. As the newest member of the OFI team, Ralph is currently licensed in Life and Health Insurance. Ralph has lived in the Fayetteville Area all his life, and has attended Marvin United Methodist Church. He is married to the former Dianne Bledsoe, and has two daughters Hannah and Katelyn.
	Janet Hubert attended Central Carolina Community College and graduated from Triton High School. She has been licensed in Life & Health Insurance for over 10 years with the Department of Insurance. As the newest sales member of the Olde Fayetteville Insurance team, Janet joined us back in May 2009. She is currently contracted as an enroller, and specializes in Critical Illness and health insurance. Janet resides in Fayetteville with her husband, Christopher Shawn, and has four children.
